Ahh Poor Harry, he’s suffered a bit of an ego boost with his popularity over in the US coming after blond Niall Horan but it looks like Harry Styles is thinking of ways to make his popularity soar again.
Styles is undoubtedly the most popular member of One Direction over here in Blightly but over the pond, the pre-pubescent teens have fallen for blond boy Horan.
Clearly having his ego dented, Styles decided to copy Horan this time and take on his clothing style in a bid to get more fans.
The 18 year old was spotted in LA as the band arrived at a recording studio wearing nearly matching attire to Horan. The band’s status has been on the rise over in the US and has left them with a rather hectic schedule although it looks like they are enjoying the glorious LA sunshine while we have to make to with April showers.
A source said that , “All the boys are popular, but the girls in the U.S. seem to be absolutely obsessed with Niall. They love the fact he’s Irish and looks like the perfect all-American boy. He gets swamped with girls wherever he goes. Zayn is a close second – he’s very cheeky and confident, which is going down well. It’s definitely been a bit of a knock to Harry’s ego, as he’s used to being the heartthrob back home. It’s only natural that the boys are now competing for attention. It’s causing a bit of tension.”
Singer Meatloaf has sparked new health fears after he was taken ill just seconds after being seen live on air on Loose Women.
He was due to appear on the show to be interviewed and was seen messing around in the green room but minutes before he was due to go out on stage he became unwell and dropped out of the show.
Host Andrea McLean told viewers, “A little bit of sad news – I’m afraid Meat Loaf has taken unwell so he’s unable to join us for the end of the show. Meat Loaf, I hope you feel better soon.”
No details of his condition were given however his fans will be concerned as he has suffered bouts of illness with the most recent being in July last year when he passed out during two concerts. He later blamed both incidents on a lack of oxygen aggravating his asthma. He told fans at the time, “I f***** fainted. I have asthma… I can’t breathe.”
He appeared on BBC’s The One Show on Monday saying, “My brain’s a little mush.”
He may not have won over the British public by losing out on a chance to re-enter The X Factor to Amelia Lily but James Michael is winning over fans in the looks department instead.
James has been signed up by a modelling agency who have got him a gig on the MrPorter.com campaign.
The 20 year old is still working on his music but took a time out to show off some of their winter collection.

The last time he entered the I’m a Celebrity… jungle he ended up with a wife and two kids but 8 years later and a difficult divorce later Peter Andre is making an emotional return to the place where his life changed.
He is set to join the panel on the ITV2 spin-off show I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here Now! but he also revealed that he has one day in camp and he doesn’t know what he’s going to be doing there!
Andre jetting into Brisbane airport on Thursday morning and also took the opportunity to make a visit to see his parents Savvas and Thea on the Gold Coast.
He said, “ I’m on the ITV2 panel for three days, but I’m here for four days. They are not telling me what’s happening on the other day. They’ve blocked one day out and they’ve told me, ‘You’ll see what happens.’ I don’t know what they’re doing. Am I going in?”
Ex-wife Katie Price already returned to the jungle 2 years ago but went in as a contestant before walking out.
David Walliams has finished the penultimate day of his Thames swim for Sport Relief.
The comedian arrived at Teddington Lock just before eight o’clock yesterday evening and was greeted by his proud and relieved wife Lara Stone. Today, he will take on the rest of the journey and is expected to finish at around6pm.
Supermodel Lara Stone was quick to take to Twitter to tweet, “Made it to Teddington Lock, beyond proud!!! @sportrelief #thamesswim #GODAVID.”
The swim has been more arduous than anticipated what with Walliams contracting the ‘Thames tummy’ virus and having to save a dog who jumped in to say hello but couldn’t get back out along the way.
He has had massive support from both the public and his fellow celebrities. Piers Morgan tweeted, “David Walliams is completely barking mad, but also supremely heroic. Let’s get him over £1million. Donate via @sportrelief #ThamesTrooper.”

Paddy Doherty shocked everyone including himself as he won Celebrity Big Brother last night.
The star of My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding looked stunned but over the moon as host Brian Dowling announced that he had received the most votes and was the winner. He beat Kerry Katona, who was this year’s runner up and Jedward into third place.
He said in his interview with Dowling, “‘I thank all the people who voted for me. I swear I only thought I’d last one week, no way did I think I’d win, I had no game plan.” He added that being from the travelling community, he wasn’t used to mixing with people outside of it however, he thoroughly enjoyed the Big Brother experience.
When asked who he got on best with, he said that Darryn was a “proper true gentleman” and that they had bonded over being like equals and by being older than the other housemates.
Meanwhile, Pamela Anderson made an appearance as she will be staying in the Big Brother house over the first weekend of the normal show when it kicks off tonight.
Anderson, 44, was shown in the Big Brother house last night and said, “See you tomorrow, watch out!”
Jeremy Edwards, who rose to fame in Hollyoaks and later Holby City, was pictured doing some manual labour for a friend’s landscape gardening business earlier in the week and has defended his new job.
He said, “I really don’t see the shame in manual labour. Everyone is patting me on the back!”
He went on to add that he was “bemused and annoyed” as to why he was ridiculed in the press for doing such a regular job, “I don’t know any actors who work consistently without other work. There’s a lucky few, but not many, I had a good ten-year run!”
Edwards was also in the last series of Dancing On Ice as well as being in a previous Celebrity Big Brother.
He was previously engaged to S Club starlet Rachel Stevens however both are now married to other people.
High street chain Peacocks is hoping to set a new trend by duping the infamous Ugg boot but for men.
The footwear will go on sale next month and at a wallet friendly price of £12.50.
The boot comes after celebrities such as Matthew McConaughey have been seen donning the popular women’s boot and after TOWIE star Joey Essex was seen in the last series taking his camping.
British men have become more interested in fashion and grooming than ever before and after the success of the man bag in 2009, Peacocks are hoping to have success with their Mugg boots.
They carried out a survey on over 3,000 men and women, and their results showed that 90% of men admitted to dressing only for themselves and not for their partners while it also showed that 66% of men dress down in the workplace.
Just last May, Peacocks sold a record amount of floral swimwear shorts, a look that was often ridiculed previously.

The 39 year old funny man who is married to model Lara Stone was however, looking in top nick because he’s been training for his latest Sport Relief challenge.
He will be swimming the River Thames for 200 miles for the charity, but will take breaks for sleeping and eating along the way.
He also talked about how he was approached to judge on Britain’s Got Talent, “I think a lot of people were probably approached to see if they were interested and I did have a conversation with Simon Cowell about it, but the dates were never going to work. I think I’d like to be a judge eventually, if I could have the seat next to Simon. That would be my condition. I’d like to be in the Cheryl Cole seat. He usually has the person he fancies sitting next to him. But I actually don’t know if I could judge people’s talent. I don’t know if I’ve got enough talent myself. I think I’d find it hard to say no to people. Simon didn’t ever need to be liked, whereas as a performer generally wants the approval of the public, especially if you’re a comedian.”

When Next launched their modelling competition we bet they didn’t see this coming as 24 year old Roland Bruce has found himself in poll position after online campaigns have been set up to ensure he wins.
While not a conventional model, Bruce has got people talking on social network sites and since his profile was launched has received more than 10,000 ‘likes’ on Facebook.
Using Facebook, the computer science graduate said, “Thanks for all for the support and thanks to the person who started the group, I’m overwhelmed.”
However, it seems that not all are happy with Bruce usurping the top place; fashion magazine Grazia wrote on their website to ask its readers to vote for other applicants.
The Next ‘Make Me a Model 2011′ competition launched on Monday and has so far had more than 5,000 entries. Entries close at the end of this month on June 28. A spokesman for Next said that they are “delighted for absolutely anyone to enter as long as they’re aged 18 or over.”
The prize consists of £2,000 and a photoshoot and an introduction to top modelling agency Storm.
